Facilitate, project manage and assist with the creative direction of BBC News’ Coronation visual identity.
My goal was to give our designers the best chance to be as creative as possible — and take away a lot of the admin and documentation work that get in the way. Another key thing was accountability. It was my job to keep the right people involved in the right moments, so we get quality feedback and direction when necessary.
We had to deliver designs that can work across all platforms, regions and languages services.
